Carlos F. Truan Jr. High

Established in 1994, Carlos F. Truan Jr. High has serviced the district for more than a decade. In 2004, the Jr. High was renamed to honor Senator Truan for his contributions to the Rio Grande Valley during his State congressional service. Today, CFT Jr. High has proudly been a beacon for success at Edcouch-Elsa. As the only middle school in the district, CFT Jr. High services approximately 750 students and employs nearly 50 various personnel.
